John Olds is a Republican activist and a senior at George Washington University. John studies Economics and Political science. John has managed campaigns at the state level and has led GW’s College Republicans chapter, one of the largest in the country. Currently, he works in the commercial real estate and technology fields. John joined Gen Z GOP because he believes that the Republican party can and must do better.

Ryan Doucette is an alumnus of various campaigns in Virginia and Massachusetts. Ryan is a strong proponent of compassionate conservatism, American exceptionalism, and education reform. Ryan believes that Gen Z GOP can build a Republican Party that is appealing to Americans in all 50 states and can work to solve our community’s toughest problems.
Executive Vice President
Samuel Garber has served on several campaigns in Massachusetts. Sam is also a freshman at Bates College where he studies economics and political science. Sam hopes that Gen Z GOP and the future Republican Party will provide a political home and platform for members of his generation.
Vice President of Technology
Carter Morgan is an Orlando, Florida resident and software engineer for a Fortune 50 company. An alumni of Brigham Young University, Carter led the Utah County student group for Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential campaign. He has also volunteered for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential and 2018 senate campaigns, as well as various other local and federal Republican campaigns. Carter’s policy interests are immigration and higher education reform. He is fluent in Portuguese. Carter is a proud husband to his wife and a father of two boys.

Adrienne Livingston is a recent graduate of Liberty University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Government: Politics and Policy with a minor in History. After interning with Members of Congress from her home state of North Carolina, as well as other government officials, her passion for politics, mental health reform, and women’s issues only grew. After graduating, Adrienne has focused on achieving her goals of landing in Washington D.C. and making a positive, lasting impact.

Patton Byars has served on several campaigns in South Carolina. Patton has been involved and led numerous Republican organizations across the nation. Patton believes that the next generations of Republicans must build a Republican Party that works and relates to all time zones, in order for the party to stay viable.
Vice President of Communications & Spokeswoman
Originally from the Illinois-Wisconsin border, Elle Kalisz is a senior at American University’s School of International Service. She is specializing in Global Health and International Development. In addition to her focus in international relations, Elle is pursuing an additional degree in Data Science and analytics with a concentration in applied statistics. Elle has had a wide variety of roles in the government, private sector, and international organizations.
Vice President of Operations
Kaitlyn Reynolds is a senior at Georgetown University. Kaitlyn is a pre-medical student and is majoring in Neurobiology as well as minoring in Spanish. As a minority Conservative and a woman of science, Kaitlyn hopes to show those identities are not conflicting. Kaitlyn hopes to encourage more dialogue among her generation in order to affirm the three pillars of the Gen Z GOP mission: finding balance, formulating solutions, and focusing on the future.

Hailing from California, Victor Hernandez studies Communications and Political Science at Chaffey College. As an active Republican in California, Victor has worked to expand the party’s outreach on a grassroots level and work to execute a similar mission as the Vice President of Developmental Affairs for Gen Z GOP.
